Apps and custom software are not part of the website packages. Features, users, integrations and screens vary widely per project, so we work with a tailored quote.
Online stores are not included in Launch, Business or Growth. After a free initial conversation, you receive a quote for your own design and the agreed features. We never use standard templates or purchased themes.
Hosting, maintenance, transaction fees and any external subscriptions are listed separately. We also agree which copy and product details you supply and which we prepare.
You don't need all the answers yet. We'll discuss your goals and recommend a suitable approach, with free, jargon-free advice. That includes custom work and larger projects.
No. We research what your customers search for, based on the focus you find important, and write the website copy from there. You give us the basics, such as your story for the About page, your services and how you work. Then we sit down together to go through the copy and the website.

How does payment work?
