Do you use standard themes or templates?
No. Every store we make is fully custom designed and built. You get a unique shop with lightweight code and only the features you actually use.
Which payment methods matter in Belgium?
Bancontact is a sensible choice for Belgian customers. Mobile payment may use a supported Bancontact or banking app. Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and any Payconiq options depend on the provider and merchant account. We check availability and fees before including them in your quote.
Do I have to enter all products myself?
You can, management is simple. If you already have a list or an existing store, we look at importing your products in one go. We include that in the quote.
Can I manage orders and stock myself?
Yes. You get a clear admin area to follow up orders, adjust stock, change prices and create discount codes.
Which rules does a Belgian online store need to follow?
Among others: prices including VAT, your company details, usually a 14-day withdrawal period for consumers, subject to exceptions, terms and conditions and a privacy policy. We provide the right places and behaviour in your store; have the legal texts checked by your accountant or adviser.
